Self Talk

the act or practice of talking to oneself, either aloud or silently and mentally. Your talk can be either positive self-talk or negative self talk, but it is rarely ever neutral.

How we speak to ourselves determine our degree of confidence in our ability to do things that we have done or never done but desire to do;  how we let others treat and talk to us; how we look at the world in general.

The more positive our self talk the more confidence we tend  to have.
