Post Sales

Post-Sales is that second major phase of the Sales Maximization Process that follows the acquisition of a new customer, ( new sales);  Post-Sales consists of any and all steps geared towards the set-up,  the adoption,  the maintenance and the growth of new customers. These major steps would include:

delivery, implementation and/or installation;

adoption;

support and or maintenance;

growth.

The two major goals of the Post-Sales phase is to maintain and to grow the revenue base from each new customer, and to do so with a little churn or attrition as possible.
