While the sale is the culmination of the Pre-Sales Phase of the Sales Maximization Process,  account growth is high point of the Post-Sales Phase. This is where the customer who has made one purchase  AND who has adopted the purchase AND is satisfy with the product’s usefulness,   continues to buy  more products  over time resulting in more revenue from that single customer;

It is said that the cost of acquiring a new customer is substantially  more than the cost of keeping the same customer and incentivizing that customer to purchase over and over again. You know you are on the right track when you are acquiring the quantity and quality of new business/ or new customers that you have projected month over month; As well as, when your existing customer base is growing in revenue either organically or through some highly cultivated process.
