Many experts of success, motivation and human potential development define discipline as still doing the things ( that actions, the deeds) EVEN when the mood, the mental state is gone WHEN you made the commitment.  In other words, FORCING /MAKING yourself do what you know you need to do even when, especially when , you don’t feel like it. Doing it anyways, even when you don’t want to do it.
