Abstract

The “Pause” is a technique of purposeful actions where we  seek to leverage the space and time between life as it happens and our responses/ reactions to those situations and events.

In this space, we can:

  • Calm our emotions;
  • Think through options;
  • Weigh consequences;
  • Choose a response that is in alignment with our purpose, with our goals, with our “Definite Chief Aim” in life.
