I was Over-charged!

How do you respond to a situation where a client claims that he/she was overcharged?

    1. Don’t panic!
    2. Get the facts first.
    3. How much was he/she charged?
    4. How much should it have been?
    5. Tell him/her that you will research it and get back to him/her.
    6. Find out where the problem existed.
    7. Get it resolved.
    8. Update the client.
